Many of the Norwalk High School athletic teams do have booster clubs. They function at the discretion of the coaches and through the rules established in conjunction with the athletic director, the school principal and the Norwalk Schools superintendent.

There are rules (both NHS and NPS) that govern the booster clubs and they must be adhered to. Please check with the coach and the athletic director before scheduling any fundraising events and make sure that they are approved and signed off on prior to scheduling them. Forms for getting a fundraiser approved are available from Mr. Mones, athletic director, B House.

The concession stand is available for use through the Fathers Club. There is a required security deposit fee and pre-approval must be secured. All dates must be pre-approved to ensure that there are no conflicts. A complete training session must be set up in advance before each season.

The concession may only be used for varsity games. Storage is very limited during the fall season and use of the refrigerators and freezers may or may not be available (and only for game time). There is some additional space availability during the spring season when use is limited two two teams. All teams using the concession are responsible for help with clean-up at the end of the season.

The NHS Marching Bears also use the concession in the fall for Cavalcade. Those running the Cavalcade should also contact the Fathers Club as soon as a date has been confirmed to book the date.

Be sure to contact concession@nhsfathersclub.org in early August if your team is interested in using the concession stand during the fall. If you are interested in using the concession stand during the spring season please contact the Fathers Club in early February.
